Before you actually log in to FreshDesk you will need to confirm and activate your registration. Once you have requested a FreshDesk account you will need to look out for an email that looks similar to the screenshot below.


To activate your account, click on the link in the activation email.


NOTE: If you have not received an activation email from FreshDesk then please contact EdTech to request a FreshDesk account.


Once you have clicked on the link contained in your activation email, you will be taken to a web page that will allow you to activate your account. Enter your name in the box provided, and then create a password. Once completed, click on the green "Activate and Log In" button to proceed.


NOTE: We recommend that you use the same email address and password that you use for PowerSchool and LDS Account.
