FreshDesk users can update their FreshDesk profile and change their password themselves by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the FreshDesk home page: https://pacificschools.freshdesk.com/support/home
2. Select the Edit Profile option from the drop-down provided when you click on your profile name:
3. Use the fields provided to update your profile information such as Name, Title, Phone Number, School etc. Click the Save Changes button to save your details.
4. Below the profile fields is an option to reset or change your password. Use the boxes provided to enter yourcurrent password, followed by a new password of your choosing.
NOTE: We recommend that you use the same password for FreshDesk that you use for PowerSchool and LDS Account.
