FreshDesk is a Knowledge Management Tool that the Pacific Church Schools use to share information about training, announcements, policy, and other important topics. We sometimes refer to FreshDesk as a Knowledge Base. We also use FreshDesk to share step-by-step guides for using products like PowerSchool and PowerTeacher Pro. FreshDesk is like a one-stop shop for sharing and storing information and content about school technology and operations.


"FreshDesk" is the name of a software product used by many different organisations around the world. However, the Pacific Church Schools have their own, unique FreshDesk "Portal" found at www.pacificschools.freshdesk.com


NOTE: We also refer to our FreshDesk portal as the PCS Support Portal. We use the terms "FreshDesk" and "PCS Support Portal" interchangeably.
