In order to log in to FreshDesk (also known as the PCS Support Portal), you will need to make sure that you have a FreshDesk account. FreshDesk accounts are not the same as LDS Accounts. In other words, you cannot use your LDS Account to log in to FreshDesk.
If you already know your FreshDesk username and password, then you can log in to FreshDesk using the following steps:
1. Navigate to https://pacificschools.freshdesk.com/support/login in your preferred web browser.
2. Enter the email address and password you use for FreshDesk and then click the Login button.
NOTE: Be sure to check the box that says "Remember me on this computer". This will keep you logged in to FreshDesk for an extended period of time.
