Reporting Term Not Available for Final Grade Setup

This issue should not arise if the reporting terms are setup correctly for PowerSchool.

Summary

A newly created reporting term is sometimes not available for use in the Grade Setup tab of PowerTeacher Gradebook. This doesn't always affect all teachers at the school, or all sections in PowerTeacher Gradebook.

Symptoms

A newly created reporting term appears in PowerTeacher Gradebook, but is greyed out in Final Grade Setup and cannot be used in Term Weighting.

Reproduction Steps

1. Log into PowerTeacher Gradebook

2. Select a Class

3. Select the Grade Setup tab

Expected Results

Reporting Term is available for Final Grade Setup

Actual Results

Reporting Term is not available for Final Grade Setup

Workaround

1. Switch the Final Grade Setup to Total Points, then back to Term Weighting.

2. The new Reporting Term should now be available for setup.
