All admininstrators, depending on rights, can now access all teacher gradebooks in read only mode.
A staff member can be given PowerSchool Admin Access with a group right to cover the areas required to meet their needs.

Often it is helpful for HOD's to be able to view the Gradebook's of the other teachers in their team. If HOD's have been setup correctly for PT Administrator, then they will be able to log in and view other teachers Gradebook settings and assignments at any time.

Step By Step Instructions
1. Navigate to this URL: https://powerschool.ldschurch.org/powerschool-psweb
2. Login with your assigned Username and Password
NOTE: The username and password for PT Administrator is usually the same password that you use to login to PowerTeacher. If you are having any issues logging into PT Administrator please contact EdTech Support.
3. At the top of the PT Administrator screen you will see three icons/tabs. Hover over the Gradebook tab and then click Administrator Login.
4. Select a Teacher and then click the Launch Gradebook App button.
5. Use Gradebook as per normal.
NOTE: PT Administrator only gives you Read Only access. You will be able to experiment with changes, but no changes will be saved. This portal is intended for viewing/reviewing Gradebook settings and assignments etc only.
