Summary

Using the Search Staff function, you can search for staff members that are assigned to a particular role.


Step By Step Instructions

1. On the start page, choose Staff Search under People in the main menu, or select the Staff tab above the Search box.


2. In the Search Staff field, enter the name of the User Access Role that you would like to query. For example, if you wanted to view all of the staff members that were assigned to the User Access Role named: Nominated Security Specialist, the you would use this format in the search box:


Role.useraccess=Nominated Security Specialist


Note: Leading and trailing spaces are removed from the value for which you are searching. Embedded spaces are not, and considered part of the term to match.


3. Click the Search icon. A list of staff members assigned to the role will appear.


4. Click the name of the individual whose record you want to review. To work with the entire group of staff members, click Functions at the bottom of the list to display the Group Staff Functions page.
