On January 26, 2021, an annual training was broadcast from Church headquarters to S&I employees throughout the world. S&I employees were addressed by Chad Webb, Paul V. Johnson, and Jean B. Bingham on topics such as empathy, Christ-centered learning, global changes, and teaching truth with love.
Although the full broadcast is helpful for seminary teachers in particular, we wish to place special emphasis on Chad Webb's talk about empathy and Christ-centered, learner focused, teaching.
Brother Webb's remarks tie together beautifully with the "Christlike Attributes" booklet and the "One by One" initiative introduced by Michael Carthew this year.
If you have not yet seen Brother Webb's talk, we invite you to do so using the link provided below. School faculty teams may wish to view his talk as a group, but individuals may also opt view the talk at their own pace and leisure.
