After admin teams have calculated the Honour Roll, they will have the ability to Print the Honour Roll. Please use the following steps to print the honour roll correctly.
1. From the Start Page click on Data and Reporting.
2. On the System Reports page, scroll down to the Grades and Gradebooks section and click on Honor Roll.
3. On the Honor Roll Report page, select the appropriate Honor Roll Method. If you are unsure which Honor Roll Method to use then contact a PowerSchool Specialist for more information. In this example we are trying to produce an Honour Roll for Term 1, so we will select School Abbreviation + Term Store Code + Honour Roll.
4. Enter the appropriate Store Code in the Store Code field. Usually this will be a T1 or T2 etc depending on which Reporting Period you would like to view the Honour Roll for. In this example we will use T1.
5. You can ignore the School Year and Historical Grade Level fields. You have the option to add a Report Title if desired if desired. When satisfied with your Report Preferences, click Submit.
6. If you have calculated and run the report correctly you will see a screen like the one below. If a blank screen is produced then you will probably need to recalculate the Honour Roll using the correct Store Code and Method.
The Honour Roll orders the students by Grade Level, then GPA. If you would like to print a copy of the Honour Roll then click the Print Icon in the top right corner of the page.
