Once draft copies of the Honour Roll and Report Cards have been produced it is the responsibility of admin and teachers to work together to ensure that the Student Grades, GPAs, and Honour Roll calculations are accurate.


Certain schools have found it useful to print the Report Cards by Year Level and/or Homeroom and then have HODs, Homeroom Teachers and others involved in checking the drafts for accuracy. Common issues with Report Card drafts include questionable GPAs, missing class grades, and incorrect class listings.


Each school will have their own process for reviewing the draft reports. Whatever review process teams decide to use, we strongly recommend that office staff and school leaders work together to minimize the time spent on reviewing and verifying the accuracy of these drafts.
