The Page Info tab displays key information about your school such as its website, phone number, and address. Take some time to fill out this page before it is published. We recommend the following:
1. Navigate to the Page Info tab. Select Edit Page Info from the left-hand Manage Page menu.
2. Check your page Name and Description. These fields would have already been filled out when you set up your page, but the information in the fields can be adjusted here if needed. Please note that you can only change your page name a limited number of times, so it is a good idea to get it right the first time.
3. Select a Username. The username for your page is like your Facebook web address. You can customise your username so that it looks something like this: facebook.com/churchcollegepesega instead of something like this: facebook.com/advARD56782#!k873VFR
We recommend that you use the name of your school in lowercase and without spaces. For example:
facebook.com/sainehahighschool
facebook.com/pesegamiddleschool
facebook.com/fijiprimaryschool
4. Enter your Contact Information. Enter simple contact details in the fields provided for your school phone number and your office email address (or the email address of an appropriate office assistant or administrator). Also, fill out the fields provided for your street address and office hours. You can ignore fields such as website, WhatsApp, Service area, or Temporary service changes if they do not apply to you.
5. Add Privacy, Impressum, and Additional information in the More section. Towards the bottom of this page are fields for a privacy policy, Impressum, and additional information. It is important to add this information for legal purposes. To make this easy, you can use the templates and links provided by the Area Office. Simply copy and paste the following text in the fields outlined, or contact the Area PCS Communications Team for assistance:
In the Privacy Policy field, paste this:

In the Impressum field paste something like this but be sure to change the capitalised text for the appropriate names and contact details:
