SUMMARY

Learn how to share and upload files to MS Teams.


1. Login to MS Teams

2. Select the correct Channel

3. Select the Files tab

4. Use the New button to create new folders

5. Use the Menu icon (3 dots) next to folders or files to perform actions on a file such as delete, rename, move etc

6. Drag and drop files from your desktop to the appropriate MS Teams folder (or use the upload button)

1. Log in to MS Teams

2. Select the correct Channel from the left-hand navigation pane

 

3. Select the Files tab

 

4. If you need to create a new folder to store files, use the New button

 

5.   Click on the Menu icon (3 dots) next to the folder name to access additional options to delete or rename folders

 

6. When you are satisfied with your folder setup, drag and drop files from your Desktop into the appropriate folder on MS Teams

 

7. Click on the Menu icon (3 dots) next to any file to access additional actions such as delete, move, or rename etc
