After admin teams have stored grades, checked report cards, and prepared the honour roll, the last part of the End of Term Reporting Process is to print report cards.

NOTE: The same report templates are used to generate official Report Cards as well as Progress Reports. When you print a report card BEFORE storing grades, you are essentially generating a Progress Report (current grades) rather than an official Report Card (historical grades). Report Cards can only be recognised "officially" once grades have been stored and archived in PowerSchool.

To print a report card, please do the following:

1. Use the PowerSchool start page to select one or more students that you would like to print report cards for.

NOTE: You might find it a good idea to select a small group of students, such as 2 from each year level, by hand, and practise printing them before doing a whole year or whole school.

2. After selecting one or more students to work with, navigate to Start Page > MBA Reports Creator > Run Reports.

3. Select the report template that you wish to use.

4. Modify any other parameters as needed.

5. Click Generate Reports.

6. At this point, you will need to wait a few moments for the report to be generated. Wait for the processing to be completed, and then scroll through the report to scan for issues or errors. If the report appears to be correct, then print physical copies.

DUPLEX PRINTING: If the content of the report cards takes more than one page, then be sure to click the Duplex print button to make every report have two pages. Be sure to print using the double-sided print setting if report cards have two pages of content.

ARCHIVING REPORT CARDS: An Archive Reports button is available to store a copy of the report in each student’s PowerSchool record. When using the archive function, use a naming convention such as School Abbreviation, Year, Term, and description. For example CCP 2022 T1 Report Card
