When Report Cards and Honour Rolls are incorrect, it is often due to problems with the setup and configuration of student class enrolments. Teachers and Admin should check the All Enrollments page or the Modify Schedule page in PowerSchool to determine if any Class Enrollments need attention.


Admin should pay particular attention to any notifications suggesting the existence of Overlapping Enrollments. Many problems are also caused by incorrect Entry and Exit dates for student classes. The Entry and Exit date for courses can be viewed and modified on the All Enrollments page.

Teachers and Admin should first try to identify where the problem is by reviewing class enrollments.
