Conference Overview
Due to travel restrictions, the 2021 Principals Conference was held online via video conferencing technology. The conference was held over a five day period from Monday 23 August - Friday 27 August. Attendees were asked to attend two sessions per day, each session lasting approximately two hours. All Principals of the Pacific Church Schools were invited to attend, along with the Principal of the Church School in Mexico. Access to the resources and video recordings of the conference is currently restricted to attendees and other specified users.
Day 1: Monday 23 August
SESSION 1
Michael Carthew presented on the topic of Christ-Centered, Learner-Focused schools.
Banririe and Fehi shared success stories from Moroni High and Liahona High school.
SESSION 2
Jonathan Warwick discussed Moving Forward and Unity in Church Schools.
Fane and Nia shared success stories from Liahona Middle and Havelu Middle school.
Day 2: Tuesday 24 August
SESSION 1
Malcolm Sheward presented material relating to Finance and Technology.
Ameet Kumar shared insights on Educational Technology.
Tamaline and Motuliki shared success stories from Pakilau Middle and Saineha High school.

Matt Murray presented on Corporal Punishment, Hiring Processes, and Educational Assistance.
Susana and Temalisi shared success stories from Koulo Middle and Eua Middle school.

Jason Willard addressed conference attendees on correcting and leading our students in Christ-like ways.
