Summary
Graduated Students can usually be found in one of two places: The 'Graduated Students' school, OR, as a 'Deactivated' student at their 'Home' school.
Please note the following:
1. At the end of each year, all graduates are moved from their 'Home' school to the 'Graduated Students' school during the End of Year Rollover process. In other words, if a student graduates from Liahona High School (their 'Home' school) at the end of 2016, then during the 2016-2017 'Rollover' process, the 'Liahona High School' student will be automatically transferred to the 'Graduated Students' school. For those with access to the 'Graduated Students' school, (usually Support Specialists) you will be able to switch between your 'Home' school and the 'Graduated Students' school by using the 'School' drop-down that can be activated at the top right-hand corner of the Home Page.
2. Sometimes, graduate students may not have moved from their 'Home' school to the 'Graduated Students' school during the EOY Rollover. This may have occurred if their scheduling preferences were not configured correctly OR they were 'Transferred' or 'Dropped' from their 'Home' school BEFORE the EOY Scheduling Process was initiated. If this is the case, then the graduate will likely still be listed at their 'Home' school as a 'Deactivated' or 'Inactive' student.
3. If a graduate is still associated with their 'home' school, they should be promptly transferred to the 'graduated students' school when identified.
In summary: Some of the Graduated Students will be listed in the 'Graduated Students' school. Other 'graduates' may still be listed at their 'Home' school as an 'inactive' or 'deactivated' student. Graduates that have not been moved to the 'Graduated Students' school correctly, should be transferred from their 'Home' school to the 'Graduated Students' school when identified.
