Summary
PowerSource currently has a separate username and password from PowerSchool. Note: PowerSource uses your email address as the username.
If you have forgotten your username and password, you will need to submit a ticket via FreshDesk.
Step by Step Guide
1. To reset your PowerSource password, please go to this link and submit a ticket to request a password reset.
2. Someone from the Area EdTech Support Team will reset your password for you. You will then be sent an email from PowerSource. The email will look something like the screenshot below.
3. Go to the URL provided and enter your Username and Password as outlined in the email, then click Login.
4. Once you log in you can go to My Setup to change your password. Click on the Password tab and change your password to something that you can easily remember. We suggest you use the same password as your PowerSchool account. Note: You will need to enter the old password once and then your new password twice in the fields provided. Click Submit when complete.
